CircuitBreakerPartsOnline.com is designed to help you save time and save money. It provides easy, convenient, 24/7 ordering of renewal parts for the most common low and medium voltage power circuit breakers. You can also access our online parts manuals to assist you in determining the proper part for your application.

You can search or browse our parts database, use the online parts manuals, even add parts to a shopping cart-- all without registering. You don't have to register until you're ready to actually place an order.

To use our online parts manuals, click on the Parts Manuals link. Manuals are in PDF file format and can viewed online or downloaded to your computer for future reference.

You can find the part(s) you're interested in by searching our online database using part number(s) or key word(s) or phrase(s). You can also review comprehensive lists of parts by browsing the database by breaker type or manufacturer.

Once you've found a part you're interested in, add it to your shopping cart. You can run multiple searches until you've found and added all the parts you're interested in to the shopping cart. NOTE: you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on View Shopping Cart.

After you've added all the parts you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click on Finalize Order. This is when you'll be prompted to register. Registering is easy-- you simply enter a Username and Password, and fill in a form to provide your contact, shipping, and billing information.

After registering you can submit your order for processing, or you can return to your shopping cart for a last review of the items you selected. You won't be asked to enter your credit card information until after you've submitted the order for processing and made a last review of all your information. For security and safety, your order and credit card payment are processed on our SSL secure servers.

After submitting your order for processing, you'll also be asked to select your preferred mode of shipping. All shipping is done via UPS ground or air/red. We have a low, fixed rate shipping/handling fee to U.S. destinations of $6 for ground or $40 for air. Reminder: UPS won't deliver to a Post Office box -- you must use a physical address for shipping.

You can print out a receipt online. One will also be sent to you by e-mail. You can check shipping status of your order by logging in and clicking on Check Order Status.

Once you're a registered user, we store your contact information for future use. Simply use the Customer Login link and you're all set to place your next order. NOTE: We do NOT store your credit card information, you'll be asked to enter it each time you place an order. You can also change the address that you want the parts shipped to.

We also store your order history-- this provides you two primary benefits:

  • you can login and check your order(s) shipping status
  • you can re-order the same items that are on an old order by simply selecting the desired order. You can even modify the new order by deleting items you don't want to order this time and/or by changing the quantity you want to order. Of course you can also add new items to the order.
